15-20 hours is devoted to each founder. Those hours are split roughly as follows:
2-4 hours on interviews with locals and historians to determine which founder to choose
8-10 hours reading 2-3 books on the founder and story around him/her
2-3 hours writing the script
1-2 hours recording and editing the podcast.
